Crisis Support & Resources

  • Crisis Line
    • Phone-based free, confidential support
  • Mobile Crisis Assessment Team (MCAT)
    • On-site, in-person intervention by Crisis Response Staff for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis, such as increased depression, anxiety, insomnia, suicidal ideation, or significant life change
    • Services Provided:
      • De-escalating crisis situations
      • Development of safety plans, referrals, and identifying follow-up services
  • Crisis Stabilization
    • Turning Point is a relaxing and therapeutic home-like environment to receive voluntary support when experiencing a mental health crisis.
