How long are the appointments?

First time meeting with prescriber: expect 30-60 minutes
Follow-up visits are 10-15 minutes

What should I bring to my appointments?

Insurance card and list of current medications.

How do I get refills of my medications?

You will need to be seen by a prescriber for any refills. Have your pharmacy fax us refill requests when needed, or use our partner Genoa Healthcare's pharmacy.

How do I get in touch with my prescriber outside of appointments?

Call into any office location and press the options for the medline, leave a detailed message, and staff will call you back.

Important reminder to be sure office staff have your current contact info for reminder texts and calls.
