Qualifications

Qualifying adults include individuals with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, and other serious mental health conditions that cause significant impairment in daily functioning.

Qualifying children are those with a serious emotional disturbance (SED), including a diagnosable mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder that results in impairment of daily functioning.
